Last week a couple brought in 2 American 🇺🇸 that needed to be retired. This large casket flag that they brought came from a deceased Veteran family members home. These oversized flags are so special, and actually this one has beautifully hand sewn stars. I asked my customers if I could donate the flag to our Veterans office so it could be used for another Veterans Casket. These are quite expensive and many families do not have the resource to purchase one. I contacted @cape_ann_veterans_services director and good friend Vee @v4victory06. She came by and #gloucesterma picked it up today. It will be folded by the Veterans and will be available when needed. What a wonderful gift. Hopefully the couple will see that I kept my promise to them. God Bless them during this beautiful time of year.
